Thank you so much for all of your help. I was very impressed that both you and Christine came to the farm to video tape us as well as the other horses. Such a nice service to get home and have the tape to look at right away. Even before going to look at Victor I had a good feeling when you suggested that my trainer call the horse's trainer. That showed me that you were looking out foremost for the well-being of the horse as well as having satisfied customers - not just trying to make a sale. I also liked that you were proactive in lining up the prepurchase exam and trying to find transport. It really helped to keep the ball rolling forward especially since I did decide to buy him. And again, your follow-up email shows that you genuinely care about the horse and buyer - that the end-all wasn't just getting payment.
I'm looking forward to a long and fun partnership with Victor. I think that he is a very special horse with loads of potential. I am quite impressed with his "roots" and had an equally good feeling about the farm...
